The annual membership meeting is an important part of the credit union’s structure and provides a valuable opportunity to learn more about your credit union, connect with the board members who represent you, and engage with fellow members and staff.

Deadline to submit your name for a board position.
Monday, June 15
• Candidate bios will be available on this page & in every lobby.
• Online & absentee voting opens.
Friday, July 10
Online & absentee voting closes.
Thursday, July 16
• In-person voting from 5-6PM
• Annual Meeting begins at 6PM

All branches will close at 3:00 PM on July 16th so staff can prepare for the Annual Meeting

Run for a Board Position
This year members will be voting to fill three board positions, with each position serving a three-year term. Members age 18 and older who are interested in running for a board position must contact Lana King at Lanak@members1st.com no later than Friday, March 20, 2026. Please note that nominations will not be accepted from the floor.
Voting Begins June 15th
Members aged 16+ are encouraged to cast their vote for the Board of Directors candidates. This year members will be voting to fill three board positions, with each position serving a three-year term.
Members will be able to vote in 1 of 3 ways:
1. ONLINE
Monday, June 15, 2026 through Friday, July 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Login to Online Banking or our Mobile app to vote.
2. BY ABSENTEE BALLOT
Beginning Monday, June 15, 2026, call Becci J. at 800-245-6199 or email rebeccaj@members1st.com
to request a paper ballot. Returned ballots must be postmarked no later than July 10, 2026.
3. IN-PERSON
Vote at the Annual Meeting on
Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 5:00-6:00 p.m.
